Slated - Translation Keyboard 1.3

Talk to friends in another language, even if neither of you can speak it! Slated is a keyboard extension that allows you to translate while you type into your choice of over 80 languages. It can also instantly translate the messages your friends send back to you in that language.

With Slated, you can replace your keyboard in other apps, enabling you to converse in another language effortlessly. As you type, Slated translates your text into your preferred language. Additionally, by simply copying any text in another language, Slated will translate it back into your language. So even if both you and your friend are unfamiliar with a foreign language, you can still communicate through text.

Slated works with various messaging apps including SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Twitter, Kik, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Skype, and many more. It is compatible with any app that uses text.

Using Slated is a convenient way to communicate with someone in their native language or to learn a new language just by texting.

How to Install the Keyboard:

1. Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards
2. Add New Keyboard...
3. Choose Translation - Slated and enable Full Access

Rest assured that Slated does not store or share any data. Translations use network access for Google services and are bound by their terms of service and privacy policy. While the translations are done in real-time, please note that they may not be perfect and may not reflect native colloquialisms and diction as if they were from a native speaker. However, Slated is a great way to convey your meaning if you don't speak the language and also provides an alternative method for learning vocabulary.

How to Use Slated:

• From your normal keyboard, press and hold the bottom left button (usually a globe or smiley) and select Slated from the list.
• Once visible, choose the language you want to translate to by tapping the "..." button.
• Type anything and tap the translation that shows up to replace your text.
• If you want to "reverse translate" a text, simply copy it and it will appear translated just above the keyboard buttons.

The default keyboard input is US Latin.
